About

My name is Shahriyar Farshid (Sha)

I am a composer and music teacher, I have studied piano, composition and electronic music at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg and Yerevan Conservatory of Music. I have had the honor to introduce music to over 50 students of various ages over the past 10 years of teaching music.

During lessons, students learn foundational musical ideas, including musical notation. They learn to play and sing but also to write down music on paper.

Composition lessons allow students to articulate and develop musical ideas, think creatively and learn techniques and refine their thinking through composing.

My studio is equipped with a Yamaha acoustic piano, m-audio weighted keyboard, roli seaboard and a digital audio work-station.
